<><><> Introduction <><><>

So I'm a writer, or so I can say I am inside the DeviantART spectrum. I can't draw, paint, sing or dance the average song, but I can write. If you are reading this, there's a couple of things I already know of you; you have some time on your hand, you are looking for something that strikes your interest and, hopefully, you like to read. There you go, nice to meet you, I'll be your writer for today.

But enough of me, how about you? What do you do? You draw, paint, sing or dance better than the kids standing by the wall? If the answer is yes, I could use your talent for inspiration. If the answer is no, I can help you find something about yourself better than all that together. I'm a merchant of words, and today you're my favorite customer.

Please help yourself to a cup of coffee, perhaps some hot chocolate or a soda if you like. Everything in my world is very expensive though; I don't take cards, cash or cattle for the services of my trade, I take your words and feelings in return. If you write me your feelings, I'll write you a poem. If you send me a picture, I'll write you a story. If you are lacking a dream today, I'll weave you a wonderful one...

<><><> What's up <><><>

In all honesty, a lot of things are going on. My Expeditionary Strike Group is out supporting the aftermath of all the hurricanes, we're celebrating Hispanic History month and so many other crazy things that jump out of nowhere are showing up. You see, there's this comedian I can't remember that said "Bad things come in 3's." For some reason that seems to be true for good things too. Once in awhile you get a barrage of uncalled for happiness. Not like you're going to say "no thanks" to a million dollars, but sometimes its quite shocking for some people to feel they deserve whatever amount of happiness reaches their shores.

Listen. We need to learn how to deal with happiness. Good things happen? Let's start by being grateful out of all things. Say thank you from the heart, give a truthful smile back, let a hug escape you... whatever it is that allows the other person to understand you honestly appreciate them for what they've done for you.

Next, don't be scared to be overly happy. "I don't deserve this", "You're too good for me", "You deserve better", "Why are you doing this things for me?" ......All of that stuff goes in the trash can by the front door. Before you enter the house of an interpersonal relationship with anyone in this world, empty your pockets of all those unnecessary things to say. Most of the time if someone actually puts their time and effort to show you some love, you either inspired it or deserve it. Whichever of the two is good enough.

Last but not least, Time. Give some Time. Share some Time. Time is the most valuable thing you can ever give, beyond any roses or chocolates, or jackets or love poems. People grow to not care about the show you put but of the details that weren't there during the act. The things you didn't say or the moments you weren't there. Take some Time. It's not an easy concept but with enough Time you learn to love the right way. I'm at the point where I can write about it, but that's "about it". It will come, just wait~
